  1. Restricted Access: Inside The Operating Room With Plastic Surgeon Dr. Steve Davis

    PHL 17 gets restricted access inside the operating room with Dr. Steven Davis, a certified plastic surgeon with Kennedy Hospital.  Dr. Davis performed a second breast augementation on patient Bernadette O'Hara Taylor, who flew all the way to Cherry Hill, New Jersey from Florida.  One of Bernadette's old implants had deflated giving her an uneven shape.  Dr. Davis was able to give Bernadette the natural, even shape she wanted by replacing her old saline implants with new silicon implants.  It was a successful surgery and one Bernadette wanted the World to see.  She says if people see a normal person like her can handle the surgery, other women can.
