    it's an Eye Opener throwdown inside the Hagan Arena at St. Joseph's University.  Ashley and Mikaelyn "Get It Right, Get It Tight" with the Lady Hawks women's basketball team.  The two try an obstacle course which helps players with passing the ball, speed, agility and shooting.  Basketball works out every muscle in the body and for division one athletes it is a workout like no other.  They work with trainers on improving their skills on the court and nutrionists to keep a well-balanced diet.
