    Better Philly's Steve Highsmith highlights the history of the Mummer's Downtowners Fancy Brigade as they celebrate their 50th anniversary. The Downtowners are one of eleven fancy brigades that perform inside the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The Downtowners have won a total of ten first place prizes over the years and consist of members ranging in age from 8 to 78.
