Elfreth's Alley, located in Old City Philadelphia, is one of the oldest residential streets in the U.S., dating back to the early 18th century. In December, the residents, volunteers, the Elfreth's Alley Association and history buffs alike take to the alley for Deck the Alley. Home owners decorate their homes for Deck the Alley and give visitors the opportunity to tour select homes.
