In 1968, A select Group of men congregated in South Philadelphia with the intention of starting a fancy brigade. The founders of the organization decided on naming the organization Saturnalian after the Roman festival of Saturnalias. The objective of the newfound organization was to create a brigade embodied with character, excellence and commitment.
