I had sent multiple emails and used their online chat to get information on an SUV I was looking at their online used car web site. The chat person, Lauren Greene, could not answer my questions and, even after giving her over a week to email me back, did not follow-up with me. I went on to email Janice Benson, their "Director of First Impressions", to advise her of the non reply from Lauren and Janice never replied to that email!! If their first contacts are not responsible enough to get the information to you when you need it, I can't imagine their sales team is much better. I went with another dealership and I would advise you do the same! Obviously, they don't care about their customers to take the time to respond to their questions or issues!
